The noise from neighboring units was unbearable. I expected more privacy in a so-called suite. The room decor was embarrassingly outdated and tired. The dinner menu lacked variety and was below average. Overall, the experience was far from what I anticipated.

This place surprised us with stunning views of Arenal Volcano, friendly staff, and an incredible breakfast selection! The grounds are immaculate, showcasing the local wildlife.
